[問題] 關於消脂
經過幾個禮拜的訓練,我的手臂有明顯地變大
但是,硬度、結實度就還好
我猜想
因該是脂肪的關係吧..?
所以就問人、爬文看看到底要怎麽消脂
記得有篇文章說
消脂唯一的辦法就是 [有氧運動]!
可是,有問過指導員要如何局部消脂(手臂)
他說,
可減輕重量但是次數組數變多
來達到局部消脂
請問這樣有效嗎?
