[問題] 窄肩
小弟我健身已經快半年有了
平均一個禮拜到學校的健身房健身兩次
兩次都是練肩胸 跟 手臂
但是因為天生骨架小 肩膀甚至斜斜的 外加脖子長 (慘)
所以感覺看起來很虛=_=
想請問各位板上的大大
我該怎麼改進我現在的訓練方式呢??
練背會讓正面看起來比較魁嗎?
