[問題]如何在兩個月快速增肌
各位先進好
請不要看到這個標題就火冒三丈
如果不是因為特殊需要 熱愛運動的我非常清楚運動沒有速成
基礎非常重要
因為一個角色,美術指導告訴我可能需要裸露上半身(god..)
細節不詳談,反正導演希望我盡可能在這段時間鍛鍊....
我的天啊..他們大概覺得我穿衣服算很挺以為我是肌肉很大塊吧..事實不然..
176公分,96公斤,體脂19%
每天路跑6000m達二年,30MIN跑完(真的是每天),曾成功挑戰42km馬拉松
最近(近三個月)不開車改騎腳踏車上下班 每天騎60分鐘(來回)
近一年每天一百下伏地挺身(50-50),會做到鼻頭碰地在起來的那種
一星期打兩次籃球 和兩次羽毛球 羽球曾是校隊代表(現在已經退化很嚴重)
(我不知道為什麼運動量這麼大卻還瘦不下來 我並沒有很在意就是了 因為我超愛吃)
但是我從沒有正式接觸過重量訓練
這三天下班有空就爬文
為了要在兩個月達到最大效果(我會盡力,謀事在人)
我可以直接跳過肌耐力訓練這部份直接進入肌肉肥大的鍛鍊嗎 ?
請問我的組數和次數應該怎麼分配效果會最好 六下五組OK嗎 ?
我可以繼續維持跑步習慣嗎?
我甚至不曉得該怎麼發問..GOD..
今明兩天我應該就會去台北健身院加入三個月的會籍 也會問教練的意見
還請板上有經驗的高手能不吝賜教
