如果是在問被打怎樣最安全的時候
蹲在地上
下腹縮緊
頭埋雙膝
雙手抱後腦
就記清楚
背部的抗擊打能力最優秀
被按著打的話
就儘量趴在地上
這很重要
不然在完全被牽制的情況下
只可以問:該怎麼打
因為該怎麼"被打"
已經不是你能控制的了...
