針對"系統相容沒問題"一語,小弟倒是覺得有一定的難度,畢竟這好像是全世界第一條要
同時運行不同系統的輕軌,難以找到前人的經驗供參。下列幾點是個人認為要面臨的挑戰
。
1 新車(A)如何適應舊系統(C),A車的電池系統雖有實蹟,但是以目前C系統是適用於電容
充電的模式下,A車應該會改為無實蹟的電容系統,屆時將要面臨愛河橋爬坡的考驗。
2 舊車(C)如何適應新系統(A),C車的ACR是專利,A是否有能力順利修改C車來用於新系統
,這也是一個挑戰。
3 就系統整合的概念來說,不外乎下列幾個選項,改舊車來適應新系統,改新系統來適應
舊車,改新車來適應舊系統以及改舊系統來適應新車,基本上不是一句官說的"系統整合
沒問題‘’就可以帶過,這是需要一個嚴謹的計劃,需要告訴大家"如何""整合‘’,更
不是如規範所想的只要C提供原始碼就一切ok
4 如果把系統相容的定義擴大解釋(這是兩個口最拿手的),最沒有技術風險的方案將是A
另外建置C1到C14的系統及追加車輛,然後把C原有的系統跟車輛廢除,至於錢那來?這不
是工程問題,不方便加以揣測。
5 三年後完工?沒告訴你的是會只先通到C17,不是全線,基本上在國內,當有人說預計何
時通車時,絕對不會是出自實際排程計算結果。
6 其實以扶植國內軌道產業角度來看,淡海輕軌及高雄二階都算是不錯的練功地,至於進
軍亞洲?以目前來看,與中國及日本的差距真的太大了,更不用談及歐美大廠長期主導系
統相關的規範訂定與修正。

另一個思考方式就是沿用原有C的系統,然後只需要處理A車跟C系統的介面問題,這應該
是技術層面上風險最小的,但仍需克服坡度的議題
