[翻譯] 台灣內政部網站寫的英文翻的對嗎？
本人由於想學一些兵役跟公家機關的單字,於是上台灣內政部網站察看,但我覺得那個翻譯
我實在是看不懂,尤其是我覺得下面這一段蓣『依行政體系本部設置役政署、直轄市政府
設置兵役處
、縣市政府設置兵役局（課）等業務機構』翻成[According to the relevant
administrative system, this Ministry maintains the Conscription Agency, the
Military Service Department of the metropolitan government, and the Military
Service Bureau (Section) at the county government level. ] 我覺得意思根本就不
對,不是嗎?
As provided in the Act, both administrative and military forces are placed
under separate control systems based on the concept of cooperation. According
to the relevant administrative system, this Ministry maintains the
Conscription Agency, the Military Service Department of the metropolitan
government, and the Military Service Bureau (Section) at the county
government level. These organizations handle routine matters concerning
military personnel and these matters include for example, the draft,
application for substitute service, acquisitions, assignments,
transportation, interests of military personnel, and various other matters,
which pertain to control of military reserve forces. Meanwhile, the Ministry
of National Defense, based on its military requirements, set up locally the
Second Reserve Headquarters in municipalities and cities and also in Kinmen
County and Lienchiang County in order to administrate matters related the
Quota of Military Personnel, Training & Education, Draft and Mobilization.
依兵役法規定，採軍政分管合作制。依行政體系本部設置役政署、直轄市政府設置兵役處
、縣市政府設置兵役局（課）等業務機構，主管有關兵源、兵員徵集、替代役申請、徵集
、分發、輸送、軍人權益、後備軍人管理等事項；國防部依軍事需要，分區設置後備司令
部，地區後備司令部、直轄市及縣（市）後備司令部，與金門連江兩縣動管組，主管有關
兵額、教育訓練、召集及動員等事項。
可以請那比較懂英文的幫忙看看嗎?能告訴我以上這段翻譯真的可以接受嗎?另外我上面提
的那句是否是翻錯的呢?
另外還有些問題:
誰知道哪裡可以查到台灣公家機關的所有中英文對照名稱?
以及有沒有比較好的網站可以查的到各行各業的中英文對照專業術語
另外有沒有那個國家兵役制度比較像台灣阿,尤其最好是講英文的國家因我想瞭解一下跟
兵役有關的一些單字
還有台灣兵役法條或法規裡的一些術語要到那裡查,才能找的到中英對照的一些專業術語
