[問題] 競業禁止條款問題
朋友公司經營有問題
料到年後會有一波離職潮
所以高層在近年關時發佈了一些有關離職的新規定
有提到如果確定要離職的員工一定要簽競業禁止,才可以辦離職手續
由於他們公司有太多不合理的事
所以用猜的大概也知道此競業禁止條款都有利於資方
想請問像這種離職前,要求簽名的競業禁止是合理的嗎?
若要順利離職就一定要簽嗎??
