[問題] ASOS退貨一直收不到退款....
各位好
之前因為換貨的關係
是請朋友幫忙聯絡(因為本身英文不太好)
也都跟ASOS客服說好,寄回去的運費會退還!
後來用SKYNET退貨,也確定ASOS收到了,但是我一直沒收到運費。
於是請朋友幫忙聯絡,朋友說ASOS要我用註冊的MAIL跟他們說我的退貨號碼和註冊MAIL
但是我重新寫一封信寄到ASOS回信給我朋友的那個mail地址
卻收到說

用了翻譯,是說這是沒有人會回復的mail地址?
於是我到ASOS的網站,左下角有一個HELP,然後進去後右下角有一個Contact us
下面有一個email,我寫信到這個email
一樣收到上面那些回應,難道ASOS收到貨就不理人了嗎?那這樣我的運費不就收不到了?
因為我朋友都有CC或轉寄給我,然後有一次,因為比較簡單的溝通
我就直接回信,ASOS也都有回我
後來請他們退款,寄了兩次ASOS都沒回應我,請問該如何聯絡呢?
麻煩有退換經驗的各位幫個忙:)
