銀行跟他們一樣都腦袋空空?
新青安貸款只是政府開放的條件,然後政府補貼部分利息,承作與否決定權依然是銀行
銀行可以拉你的聯徵資料,
看你的薪資收入、消費狀況等等資訊
人家也會算你爆掉的機率有多少
畢竟要收回房產處理也是多一事
比起新青安會不會泡沫反噬,
你更應該要問的是…
在空空心目中,
除了對事情理解能力的自信以外,
還有什麼東西是不會爆掉的?

只要你需要在住上面花錢的
不管租還是買
只要你現金拿去投資運用後,可以簡單打贏「房價漲幅+每月租金支出」 的,就用租的…
畢竟你現金拿去投資效益更好
沒辦法的就…
1. 讓自己投資可以打贏房價漲幅+租金
2. 讓自己至少得起自住房
房租是現金轉費用,資產減少。
房貸是現金轉負債減少,資產不變(房子)
