稍微研究了一下英國的 https://coronavirus.data.gov.uk/details/cases
居然才更新到5/15 (5/24最新的在最上面，但應該是未完成整個通報程序)
5/15-5/20之後反灰 表達incomplete
但上面說明文字最後一段也很清楚寫道:
Data for the period ending 5 days before the date when the website was last
updated with data for the selected area, highlighted in grey, are incomplete.
再看About那邊
Cases can be removed or reallocated as records are regularly updated with new
information, which can create apparent discrepancies.
確實是有校正
但重點就是這個new information是什麼
他下面就逐一開始敘述且紀錄大英國協四個地區
在哪一天因為什麼因素導致影響了那一塊數據
例如英格蘭在10/2/2020，因為技術因素導致15841例延遲通報，影響時間為9/25-10/2/2020
然後下一句重點來了
These cases were instead reported on 3 and 4 October 2020 creating an
artificial spike in the number of cases reported on these dates.
Cases by specimen date data are not affected.
清楚地說明了造成10/3 & 10/4有一個人工spike
另外就是說明不影響檢體日期資料
英國還有一個統計就是下方的Cases by date reported
可以看出跟檢體日期資料有一點出入
但大致趨勢其實沒有明顯變化
兩個統計方式也都有七日平均陽性人數 非常清楚
各種changes/revision cases
都逐一清楚說出原因，而且原因百百種
包括常聽到的public holidays因素
所以你要我說最近的校正回歸
我真的覺的
衛福部該請個response專業人才
清楚溝通你的data 清晰你的roadmap
至於趨勢分析那個
交給醫學專業的吧
我不懂就不說了
