小弟不才 剛剛花了10分鐘寫了一封信給敬愛的譚主席
想請各位鄉民大大看看 諸多文法錯誤以及用詞不當也請見諒
短時間寫出來的 排版也不是說很整齊 請見諒 QQ
Dear Dr. Tedros Adhanwhateverthefuck
As one of the world citizen,
though the identity hasn't been recognize by the honorable WHO,
I am to inform you that your highness,
you are a retard.
According to the definition of mental retardation, \
quoted "Delays in reaching, or failure to achieve milestones"
"Poor planning or problem-solving abilities",
and "Failure to adapt or adjust to new situations" et cetera,
I am sorry to notify you that you show certain symptons as shown above of
being a retard.
Taking retrospect of the past few months,
humanity have fought the lethal plague with their utmost effory,
yet you and the organization have being slightly obsolete in updating the
measures of confronting the virus,
and casted some perjuries to our insignificant nation.
As a paltry, not being recognized human being,
I earnstly implore your highness to pardon our sins,
in spite of the fact that it may take a long time for your highness
to translate English into your retard language.
