這種結構在AT的修辭正確選項沒看過= =
(C)which子句必修飾前面的年代,但子句裡面意思邏輯不合-->錯!
(D)Approved April 24...的主詞為the act...脫節--->錯!
(E)made和establish均變為act的動作
如果把establish當伴隨用法..通常有正在進行的意思
但是這邊establish顯然是過去的事情..用伴隨用法不適合
