感謝原PO的消毒文,熱情確實動人,
但我們實際遇到的狀況是:
1.菜單被問N遍(最後還說要來"調查一下"我們到底點了什麼 )
我想工作是需要熱情沒錯,但是對顧客點什麼都不知道,很難感受到你的熱情何在?
2.一直送豬排丼&喀滋豬排飯(至少三四次)
這個情況如同上述,就是完全不曉得客人點了些什麼
你說你有熱情,但是身為顧客的我們卻感覺被忽視(尤其等了30分鐘才上第一盤)
3.在櫃台大敲冰塊,把冰塊灑一地
是給等著要吃飯的客人一點娛樂?給怒氣衝天的客人消消氣嗎?
4.為什麼日式炸雞腿跟照燒雞腿都是炸的?
也許是我們閱歷不豐,只知道照燒雞腿是烤的,炸雞腿才是炸的
所以才會有被耍的感覺
5.甚至同學的照燒雞還沒淋照燒醬?!
原來日式跟照燒的差別就在有沒有淋醬,但是同學點"照燒"
是"照燒"不是"日式"(還是其實三種雞腿其實是一樣的)
6.想倒紅茶時,紅茶就沒了
可能是當天運氣不佳,等數十分鐘吃飯時間,想喝紅茶
茶竟然沒有了
7.日本料理店是怎麼回事?
也許對日本料理店有刻板印象,不太適合套用在這裡
而且把老爸都請出來了,請給老爸點面子吧~
