[問題] 跑步大腿正面痠痛
最近才開始跑步
上禮拜跑到一半
兩隻大腿正面就感覺超僵硬
隔幾天爬樓梯也超痠痛
是因為剛開始不習慣
還是熱身不夠
如果是熱身不夠
哪個動作可以改善這情況呢
