[閒聊] 減肥還是在減壽?
各位fitness版前輩好
我在肌肉海灘版和本版待了許久,獲得很多關於減脂的知識。
最近我女朋友在減肥,她用的是高雄幸福診所的減肥方式。
擔任奧運隨隊的醫生肯定是很有知識的,但是和我這一路減肥過程所學完全相悖。
我女友的三餐分別是
早餐:
營養品(鈣片、維他命等等)、無糖豆漿
午餐:
豆干約四塊、魯蛋一個到兩個、燙青菜一盤、海帶五六個
晚餐:
皮蛋豆腐、豆干
我用熱量神器myfitnesspal 算,絕對不到她的BMR
她也說會有掉髮、情緒不穩的問題
跟史考特醫生所述醣類不足時的狀況很像
她這樣幾乎只攝取蛋白質,低醣、甚至斷醣的飲食,連脂肪也攝取極少,我自己認為問題
非常非常大
但是我好說歹說,把所有我能理解的都跟她講述了,也貼了許多減肥的知識給她,可是她
依舊想用診所的方式。
因為她已經一年都用這種方式了,我真的很擔心她的身體狀況。
有版友能告訴我要怎麼說服她嗎?
還是有版友可以告訴我,其實幸福診所是不用擔心的......
