[問題] 肌力不足跑步機會傷害膝蓋嗎?消失

各位大哥大姐好
我這幾天加入了蔬菜健身房運動
但有些疑問不太確定對不對
先說我的身高154/47kg/體脂32%
外表看起來蠻瘦的(朋友都說我瘦)但實際上是油膩的泡芙人
這兩年因為剛創業埋頭工作,都坐著,又常大吃大喝當馬鈴薯,一回過神來體脂已經一發
不可收拾了...
教練跟我說因為我的肌肉不足(完全沒使用過重訓器材),所以團體課程(有飛輪、瑜珈
)、跑步、有氧課都不要再上了,也說看我用跑步機很可怕(我只有快走),不然會傷膝
蓋等等的,不知道這樣是不是只能直接重訓?
因為每次到重訓區都會覺得壓力很大,教練一直推銷囧,還是希望可以上別的課程代替增
強肌力,畢竟蔬菜的教練評價在ptt好差啊~~~不敢亂買,想說至少讓我養成運動習慣
在說,可是又很怕自己去跑跑步機、上飛輪會運動傷害
我是初初心者觀念有錯拜託噓小力點
