[心得] 斷食期間喝咖啡
已經執行了一陣子斷食,斷食過程面臨一個問題,肚子不會餓,但是會有想要進食的衝
動,一種莫名的壓力,雖然有補充魚油,椰子油,但是這種感覺依然困擾這我。
今天早上嘗試這喝了一杯加入一湯匙椰子油的咖啡,突然發現精神跟身體上的焦慮不見
了,雖然我不是很確定這樣是否打斷fasting, 上網拜了谷哥大神,完全是眾說紛紜。
不過,就個人理解,如果打斷了fasting state, 那我應該很快就會覺得肚子餓,因為脂肪
停止燃燒,但是一直到現在我還是沒有任何想進食或者是肚子餓的感覺。
持續觀察

有看過防彈飲食,所以才會加椰子油,不過我把草飼奶油拿掉了..
而且我執行的是IF,所以對於防彈咖啡一直有疑慮...

可惜小弟空腹喝咖啡會胃痛,本來我都是feeding window才喝咖啡,但是最近捐小板
時血紅素常常不族(跟IF無關,跟長跑比較有關),所以只能把喝咖啡的時間移到早餐
儘量減少對於鐵質攝取的影響.....

結果中午的時候由於公司團購的橄欖油到貨,所以我喝了一湯匙的橄欖油,然後肚子開始
有明顯的飢餓感,本來今天打算玩20/4的,最後好恢復進食變成16/8...
但是不確定是不是因為橄欖油造成肚子餓.. 明天不要亂玩...XD
