減肥基本要素,我覺得是算tdee(一般減肥抓85%)跟吃夠蛋白質避免掉肉,也沒多複雜
。
跟胰島素控制相關的的生酮跟斷食,不是每個人都適用,不懂亂搞可能會打亂內分泌。
至於那些吃超過tdee很多很少仍然不胖不瘦的特例,請找醫生檢查。tdee本身就是統計學
,是工具不是唯一真理,對大多數的人都適用,不用汙名化。
此外不管什麼類型的飲食,都要以天然不過度烹調食物為主,蛋白質要夠纖維不能少,正
常這樣吃配上適度的運動通常都不會胖。
最後提不管減肥或要健康都不要碰食物:
1.糖類飲料。2.麵包蛋糕類 3. 餅乾零食類
上述東西幾乎都是: 果糖,精緻澱粉,鈉,油,反式脂肪,吃了有害無益。
