[閒聊] 分享我的提臀之路
我是女生,身高165/體重50(浮動體重取其輕XD)
一個月前被閨密說我的屁股沒有以前結實了
因為害怕年紀輕輕就屁股下垂
所以我就開始了我的提臀之路~
如果有什麼不正確或更好的方法,請再提點提點小妹~~
(因為還蠻滿意自己現在的身材,也沒有減肥的打算,所以就不考慮控制飲食了~)
在家:
一、趴臥抬手腳。趴在地上把手腳往上抬,抬到最高點再維持十秒,共做三十下
(聽說也可以訓練背肌~~)
二、肘撐。很像伏地挺身上來的時候,不過是用手肘撐地板
我一次只能撐十秒,做十次~但比起屁股,我覺得肚子更有感!!
(想問一下這個做久了手關節會不會很醜阿)
三、側抬腿。這個就比較輕鬆了,我通常都是邊看電視邊做
側躺著抬腳,一次十秒做十次換邊。
(對了~因為有運動傷害的關係,所以雖然聽說深蹲很有效,但暫不考慮)
在外面:
一、夾屁股。就是隨時隨地想到就夾個三十秒,
像等捷運、等電梯、搭公車都一定會夾一下。
(夾的時候會順便縮肚子,一舉兩得~)
二、壓力絲襪。因為工作的關係要穿裙子,想說都穿絲襪了
那乾脆就穿個壓力絲襪,看能不能一兼二顧摸蜊仔兼洗褲囉XD
(我是買一個叫BEAUTY POWER的日本品牌,它上面說有提臀束腹的效果
然後順便預防靜脈區張哈哈哈)
