小弟我
去年2014/09月開始運動
在這之前就是一個完全不運動廢宅
跑一圈操場就快要死掉的那個
2014/09的時候體重是95公斤
而目前是反而變重100公斤
以下是我為了減肥做的改變
1.早餐本來都是漢堡和大冰奶
現在則是一個饅頭和一杯無糖豆漿
2.午餐就是一樣一個便當,盡量避免炸的
然後會挑青菜多的那種吃,如果沒有人看到我就會過水
3.晚餐就是本來都是吃兩碗飯吃到飽的感覺
現在就是一碗,然後多吃青菜。
4.禁止宵夜
5.多了運動喔。一週至少五天跑步半小時和騎腳踏車半小時。
6.假日沒有約就會去騎腳踏車騎至少2、3小時(25公里以上)
我沒有想要減肥減很多。
只是想要變瘦一點點
可是最近親戚看到我就說你又變胖了喔
超傻眼,後來是我媽幫我緩頰說每天都有去運動
我覺得我改變應該已經算很多了!
但為什麼沒有變輕一點,反而是變重
照理說已經比之前吃的少動的多了啊
