[閒聊] 有在運動可是好像體脂跟沒運動的差不多..
先說一下基本資料
女生,36歲,身高162,體重51
運動習慣是每周5-6天,大概是健身房/瑜珈/游泳這3種交替
健身房大概會有40分鐘的有氧(滑步機/登山機/跑步機輪流,因為膝蓋不太好)
加上一點點的重訓跟核心(大約10分鐘)
瑜珈是以肌耐力為主的瑜珈,會爆汗的,加上收操ㄧ次70分鐘
游泳則是自由式1000公尺(需要35分鐘)
飲食方面ㄧ周會有3,4次機會需要應酬所以會吃比較好
不然的話早餐都是吃水果加無糖豆漿,中餐或晚餐是吃乾麵+燙青菜
零食則很少吃
最近剛好有機會去用了歐姆龍測量體脂
可是ㄧ量的結果是: 體脂29,肌肉量29
我覺得這個結果好像跟我朋友沒在運動的差不多阿!!!
讓我有點受到打擊~~~
還是是因為我上面那些運動都已經做超過ㄧ年,所以效果已經不好了??
是不是我需要拉長運動時間或者增加強度呢??
還有朋友說歐姆龍測出來其實會偏低
所以我可能其實更肥?? (傷心中~)
