小妹看了也不是很了解
想請問
1.一個人如果一天吃進了1000大卡
是不是身體就會吸收這1000大卡?
如果沒有 吸收率是有個固定範圍 還是要看個人體質?
2.如果把每天熱量控制在基礎代謝率以下
即使沒有額外運動來代謝熱量
是不是就一定會瘦?
3.小妹目前都是早中餐正常吃不刻意挑食但會控制熱量 晚餐只吃水果
把熱量控制在一天8-900大卡左右 再搭配兩三天慢跑一次的運動
有瘦下來的話 晚餐再慢慢回歸正常
想請問這樣的方法是否是一個可以長期執行而且對健康無害的方法?
或是各位大大有更好的方法?除了吃藥看醫生之外
