[減肥] 關於跑步,我跑錯了嗎?
最近加入健身房,開始運動
今天在健身房測身體組成,
身高158cm
總體重是53.2kg
體脂肪高達34.2%(傻眼)
肌肉量很低……
喜歡快走慢跑交替約1小時,很喜歡流汗喘氣的感覺~
今天教練說我完全做錯了,我只會越跑越不健康把肌肉都跑掉了,應該要重訓,然後一個禮拜只能3次,一次15分鐘跑步就夠了,
真的是這樣嗎?
那我不就要放棄我最愛的跑步了……
而且我都喜歡跑1小時才覺得很滿足……
