女生的體型如何才看得出來有練過?
前不久去相親,
上完洗手間走回位子時,相親對象跟我說:
妳是不是有習慣運動?
(那天我穿鉛筆褲+遮到臀部上衣)
雖然心裡竊喜,但對自己的身型還是非常沒信心.
因為我的體型一直都是西洋梨的代表
家人身型也是水果家族(小玉西瓜)
因緣際會下兩年來持續不間斷運動,
周一到六上健身房團課程(有氧+瑜珈)各一小時.
星期天有空就到健身房兩小時自行重訓,
我一點都不覺得我的身型變好,
(只有團體課程的婆媽們會安慰我說比他們好多了)
五年前買的塑身衣依舊只有上半身免強穿得下.
下半身依然無法擠入(兩年來體重降4kg)
觀察教課數十年的女老師與游泳教練,
不說她們是運動方面的老師,真還看不出來身形跟一般女生有神麼不同.
有很多女生都說運動後身形變好了,是跟自己運動前比較出來?
可是我穿衣服感覺沒變鬆,腿部一樣是米其林寶寶
女生身材要練到有感很難,
是否纖細的體格是優良基因,遙不可及的夢想嗎?
還是體重上再降,瘦到40kg以下(對於易胖體質來說真是殘忍)
降體重除了少吃多運動,第三項祕方是神麼呢?
Ps.我的三餐內容
早餐:吐司+蛋+肉+500cc全脂牛奶
午餐+晚餐共吃一個素食便當.水果兩份
不喝飲料零食少吃.
體重還是不動如山..好想要40KG以下
