[請益] 只重訓不有氧的效果?!
各位版友好! 原PO-女生
想請教"只重訓不有氧"的話,對於降體脂的效果會如何?
本來進健身房只是為了冬天健走時不用吹冷風,這兩年來修正自己的觀念
從輕量多組數到~近半年負重大、少次數,就愛上練腿、練背~
練到氣喘吁吁、頭昏腦脹,真是件爽快的事!!
但是一上到跑步機、飛輪,約莫10~20分鐘,我就覺得很無聊......
加上最近體脂又飆回28% (哭哭...幸福肥)
我可以只練重訓降體脂嗎???? 有氧好無聊....
