[討論] 兩個月過去了 身體沒有什麼明顯改變
8/3 171cm 75kg 15%體脂
10/4 171cm 73kg 14%體脂
這兩個月以來的伙食如下
早餐 一跟香蕉兩顆奇異果 一把杏仁果(原味)
午餐 烤雞胸肉漢堡(不加醬)+雞肉凱薩沙拉
晚餐 自製便當(鮭魚+雞肉 蛋炒飯) 1:1:2 拳頭
晚上有課 所以會在中間下課(8點左右)吃一跟香蕉
因為晚上下課(9點左右)會去學校健身房健身
一週運動五天一天打球
這樣下來兩個月只降了2kg跟...1%體脂
是飲食問題嗎? 謝謝
