[討論] 有沒有適合睡覺前的運動
小女子爬了很多文呢!很喜歡跑步
每天一跑就跑個二小時,之前也po 文過
看到板大們說還沒有過運動太over會怎樣
我就很放心的跑下去了,但太晚9點後運動
會影響我的睡眠會一直有精神到天亮……
所以我決定改變大概16~17開始跑
但乾尬的是運動完會大概遇到了吃飯時間
而我都滿晚才吃的,因為都是比較晚才餓
太晚可能我一個女生出去散步,家人會擔心
但我吃完飯後到睡覺23點前會想運動
也幫助不要讓多於脂肪堆積,想請問……
有沒有是可以在家做又不太激烈的運動
不影響睡眠比較重要,因為我太容易嗨了
