[討論] 為什麼要吃水煮雞肉?

看到很多減肥餐的蛋白質是吃水煮雞肉或水煮蛋
這樣比較不會太油膩沒錯.但味道也太淡了吧.
我的困惑是.那如果是自助餐的滷雞腿.或茶葉蛋..
這樣是攝取太多油脂嗎?還是只要有調味就不好?(那不好的原因是什麼?)
只能吃外食的我.只有自助餐跟茶葉蛋可以選.所以想問問大家.

先謝謝大家講了這麼多心得..
我現在口味也偏清淡..跟以前最大的差別是吃飯速度
以前是大口大口吃..調味要重我才吃得出來.吃得爽快
現在是細嚼慢嚥....胚芽米這些都吃得出甜味(以前只覺得白米Q.胚芽米口感不好)
但我好奇的是..重鹹對減肥有什麼影響嗎?
假設我吃水煮蛋跟茶葉蛋..這兩個有什麼差別..
