[閒聊] 重訓前的熱身
今天在健身房要做重訓
想說照著板上的說法用跑步機熱身個十分鐘
十分鐘過後覺得不夠就加到十五分鐘了
然後還是覺得不夠
想問 如果我跑步機玩三十分鐘再去重訓會影響肌肉的練習嗎?
因為擔心有影響不敢跑太多
有沒有人用跑步機熱身超過三十分鐘@@?
