我那大大的腰圍已經跟著我好久好久了,之前大概有34,體脂17左右!!
開始著手運動減肥有一陣子了,只是覺得腰圍部分一直沒有減少的趨勢> <"
因為我是中午上班所以作息跟平常人不太一樣
早餐的部分通常沒吃就直接吃中餐,單純吃少量飯配菜,菜會多吃點
有時候會吃水煮雞肉配燙青菜!!!
晚餐的時候則只單純吃菜
由於上班時段是中午到晚上10點左右,所以我的運動時間都集中在下班時候
一周大約會跑步3次,一次是三千16分鐘內,再慢跑個10分鐘左右!!
通常以速度8~10左右,心跳維持在140~160上下
每次運動完會喝一個統一無糖豆漿
另外,就是練伏地挺身跟仰臥起坐,有氧跟重訓會分開
通常就一天重訓一天有氧
我想問說:以目前的訓練量來說,我是應該再加大才容易達到效果,還是改善飲食習慣
爬文友說每天吃的量要到基礎代謝才行,只是似乎這樣一吃我的腰圍感覺就
又馬上回來了,囧"!!!加上上班時間供餐不固定,所以沒有辦法太好的選擇飲食
不知道版上的各位神人能提供給我點建議:)!!

回S大:扣掉米飯說真的算是吃不多,所以每餐我都會配些水果,一根香蕉,或一顆芭樂
