[閒聊] 揉肚子可以消腹部肥肉嗎?
一個日本節目..在談減肥..裡面有講到..
要常揉肚子..尤其是肥肉部位的肚子
常去揉它....然後再去做有氧運動..如跑步
這樣的話....比較容易消除脂肪
真的嗎?
它揉的方式就是普通的東抓西抓
如果是用由下往上提翻的方式..像是在翻肥肉..再去有氧..會不會效果更好?
