[討論] 慢跑與健走及鞋子選擇
首先是想請問關於慢跑
想討論可以不可以穿藍球鞋慢跑
我有在鞋店穿試過慢跑鞋,可是慢跑鞋的底都很薄耶,氣墊也不厚,反而籃球鞋氣墊很厚
也可以包覆到腳踝,是不是比較不容易受傷,也比較可以緩衝跑步的震動,保護膝蓋
只是穿起來覺得腳比較重,所以可以告訴我是基於什麼原因讓慢跑鞋在跑步時優於籃球鞋
再來是有時候健走(5.7KM/Hr)
我有厚底的橡膠拖鞋,穿起來很軟,覺得也有緩衝效果,這是自我感覺良好嗎?
或是還是要穿慢跑鞋走?可以穿籃球鞋走嘛?
我爬文看到都是討論如何選慢跑鞋之類的文章,因為家裡只有球鞋,慢跑鞋
穿起來底很薄,讓我心裏有股莫名的壓力,一直感覺好像跑久膝蓋會壞掉
(可能是從小被教育運動的鞋子都要有很厚的氣墊保護膝蓋之類的)
所以想確認是某真該買雙慢跑鞋而不能用球鞋代替
