[討論] 飲食建議
大家好
因為最近拿到神奇(對我來說)的東西--電鍋
因此想拿來試試看低油低脂飲食
自己東試西試了5天
大致弄出了一個模式
但有點擔心這樣吃會營養不良
因此post出菜單
麻煩各位指教
早:(1) 600 cc低脂或全脂牛奶 + 蓋住牛奶量的穀片
(2) 無糖豆漿 + 六片全麥土司 +水煮鮪魚罐頭一整罐/煙燻火雞胸肉片撲滿滿
午:(1) 300克雞胸肉(電鍋) + 花椰菜半顆(電鍋) + 2碗白飯/6片全麥土司
晚:(1) 300克雞胸肉(電鍋) + 花椰菜半顆(電鍋) + 饅頭蛋/5片全麥土司
每天一根香蕉
兩三天一顆蘋果
豆漿除了早餐外也喝蠻兇的 約一天700cc
除了營養問題外
另外的問題是有問過賣菜的小販
因為家裡只有電鍋 沒有瓦斯爐或可以水煮之器具
她也只跟我說只剩花椰菜可選
剛剛爬文是有看到絢麗的低脂料理(但對我而言步驟有些繁瑣 希望走簡單路線)
因此想知道是否還有什麼菜符合
(1) 電鍋可處理
(2) 簡單不費時
(3) 少油低脂
這三項要求
以上問題麻煩大家了

我唯一的運動是一週五天的重訓 每次40分鐘 早晚各一次
可否平衡肉吃過多的問題呢? 若否,我將份量減為一半?

我蠻不挑嘴 只要可以吃我可以都吃同樣的東西
之前曾有一學期 早午晚餐全吃同樣的東西
只是後來我常吃的那間晚餐店倒了才只好變更
