[討論] 心跳錶的必要性
想請問心跳錶的必要性或是可以訓練的部份
運動減肥快三年了
從本來為了減肥運動 ,到現在已經開始熱愛運動流汗心跳的感覺
平常固定的運動為飛輪及慢跑和瑜伽...
蠻多位飛輪老師都會強調心跳率的,其實有聽沒有懂...
心跳錶在運動上面可以提供或是增強什麼方面呢?
