[討論] 坐姿體前彎只有11公分該如何練柔軟度
我是女生,我的筋真的硬的超誇張......
坐姿體前彎只有11公分...
爬文看到練柔軟度的方法
大多數是說常拉就軟了
也買了伸展聖經來研究
但很多動作都做不好
書上有說拉筋應該是要感到舒適而非疼痛
但我都是沒感覺不然就很痛
介於中間的話又無法完全放鬆
會ㄍㄧㄥ在那邊(sorry有注音文)
像有一個動作是
雙腳打開,手往前摸
我腳一打開光要將脊椎坐正就要喬半天
更別說肚子要去碰地板了
真的很想好好訓練柔軟度
希望大家提供一些給柔軟度超差的人伸展的動作
