[討論] 跑步減肥實用小技巧
最近為了減肥跟身體健康
開始會在下班時間去家裡附近的河濱公園慢跑
幾個禮拜下來,發覺自己跑步的姿勢好像有點錯誤
這幾次跑步完會覺得膝蓋有點痛
上網查了一下資料後,才知道跑步不光只是用蠻力去跑
還要有點小技巧,像這篇文章裡頭說

跑步要將身體往前傾,好像是利用點地心引力的力量
會讓跑步時更加輕鬆,昨天小試了一下發現,真的可以跑的更久耶!
在搜尋資料時,還意外發現
原來電視上看起來柔弱的張鈞甯
竟然在上個月挑戰了舊金山馬拉松
在這影片裡看到她花了3個半小時左右跑完全程,太強了吧!
看完影片後,真的更讓我有動力跑步了XD
