[閒聊] 四週練出一身肌
已經固定上健身房運動很久
一個禮拜至少去4天
但幾乎全都是上有氧課程
最近開始想要重訓
剛好買了四週練出一身肌這本書
選了裡面 終極甩肥重訓計畫 這一項
但發現這項計畫需要用到槓鈴
(其他啞鈴或核心訓練的就沒煩惱可以在家自己做)
因為家裡不可能有槓鈴
而去健身房我從來也沒做過重訓
自己默默覺得一個女生在重訓區使用槓鈴太奇怪了......
(因為覺得槓鈴是man power在用的)
而且健身房的器材我會使用的沒幾樣...
我想問的是 這本書他擬定的計畫
其中有使用到槓鈴的我可以用甚麼其他方式代替嗎???
