[問題] 置底重量訓練的疑惑
大家好~
在置底文的重量訓練那一篇,
第二點提到:
"重量訓練可以大量的消耗熱量"
而第五點的PS也有提到:
"雕塑體態不是要你加強你原來就胖的地方,那只會讓你更醜。很多人
進了健身房就開始練大腿練屁股練肚子,以為這樣可以讓自己看起來更瘦,
恰恰相反,這樣只是讓原來胖的地方看起來更胖。反而最該加強的手、胸、背
都不做,真是大錯特錯。"
我現在有在做有氧運動(踩X-bike),
但我全身都胖,
又想重訓來大量消耗熱量及雕塑體態,
也有看到板上說先重訓再有氧效果會較好,
可是看到PS那段.....
我不想變更醜 >.<
那怎麼辦啊?
