[問題]請問高手,我該怎瘦下半身
我從小就愛運動,國小參加短跑田徑,有被操過,
國中因課業不能運動,變胖63k(158cm),
後來繼續運動,出社會更是運動量大。
現在沒國中時那麼胖,但是我的下半身很"大"
屁股又大又翹,大腿粗到爆。
上半身卻是很健美,嘟嘟好!
大部份的人都說我的下半身都是肌肉,沒辨法瘦,
除了半年不運動,讓肌肉變贅肉,再來減…
我熱愛運動,無法停止。
但也不至於誇張到像「金鋼芭比」,
*煩請高手提供方式讓我瘦下半身,
若答案是「沒辨法」或是「半年不運動」,
就請不要回覆,我會再一次失望的,謝謝!
