[討論] 長時間有氧訓練反而讓身體傾向堆積脂肪?

我對第2頁以後沒什麼疑問 因為板上也推崇重訓 間歇訓練
但我對第一頁的說法有疑問
什麼叫馬拉松選手不一定是精瘦 體脂肪可能還比較高???
還有45分鐘以後開始燒肌的根據是..? 45分鐘這數據從哪來
可以請板友提出專業的看法嗎?
