[討論] 重訓和慢跑的先後
最近打算在睡前再度開始久違(?)的慢跑,並且加進仰臥起坐和伏地挺身這兩樣,
慢跑大概3.2KM,仰臥起坐和伏地挺身一開始打算先從50下起跳。
只是不知道要先做這兩樣再慢跑比較不會受傷,還是剛好相反?
或者是有氧和阻力應該分開做?
因為小弟以前腰有受過傷,有點怕不注意會再去閃到,想請大家給我點意見,
