[閒聊] 仰臥起坐的效果
做了二個月的仰臥起坐,每天睡前做五十個,
不過手沒有扶耳朵。二個月下來,好像只有上
腹部的肌肉有緊縮了一點,但對下腹部的肉好
像改善不大,是不是動作姿勢上的問題?還是
仰臥起坐本來就偏重於減上腹部的油?那下腹部
有什麼方法可以比較有效的減下來?
