[討論] 請問大家都利用什麼時間運動呀?
自從上班之後的體重就一路飆升了快10kg(很嚇人)吧
學生時有時候下課會去跑步,所以體態維持得還ok
不過上班後就變成白天趕上班,晚上累得半死的日子
請問粉領族的水水,你們都是利用什麼時間運動呀?
還有做什麼運動?
還是我想瘦下來的動力不足,才會藉口一大推呢?
如果想減肥,像在家做一些簡單的伸展、甩手等,有用嗎?
