我英文沒有很好
最近寫了篇英文文章
請各位幫我看看這樣的英文通不通順 有沒有需要修改的
Taiwan is such an isle that it is one-fifth of Washington. However, there is
14 groups of aborigines in Taiwan at least, and each has their own language,
including Cou, Amis, Atayal, and so. These languages are surely disappearing.
Even though our government try (not so hard) to protect them, setting the
language exam, it doesn't help much. My sister's classmate is an Amis, and she
took the exam because she can have benefit in College Entrance Examination if
she passes it. She spent a week studying vocabulary, passing the exam. Then,
she forgot every thing she learned for the exam. I'm really worried about the
future of these languages and original cultures.
台灣是個很小的島嶼，甚至只有華盛頓洲的五分之一大。雖然如此，這裡卻至少有十四
族原住民，而要一族都有自己的語言，包刮鄒語、阿美語、泰雅語等等。這些語言確實在
消失。即使我們的政府（並不很積極地）試著保護它，並創辦族語認證考試，仍然沒有多
大的幫助。我姐姐有個同學是阿美族人，為了學測加分而參加考試。她花了一星期背單字
，然後通過了考試，接著忘掉所有考試前學的東西。我真的很擔心這些語言和原住民文化
的未來。
