they指的是對於dermatome及周邊神經支配的相關知識
: frame work 是什麼意思?
照字面翻是"框架"的意思 不過文意就是"basis"的意思
: documenting results 又該怎麼翻譯?
就是紀錄臨床上測試的結果

: 試譯: (第一句看不懂)，此過程節省時間，特別是處理局部的損傷，包括個別的四肢，

第一句的意思是: 感覺測試一般而言是從遠端進行(distal)至近端(proximal)
distal與proximal的意思:
在medical term裡面，遠離身體midline的叫做distal(遠端)，靠近midline叫近端
可以依據這個原理來描述相對位置 ex. Hands are distal to forearm.
this progression....這句的意思是: 若照這樣的方式進行(由遠端往近端測試)往往
可以節省時間，尤其是在面臨處理神經功能缺損往往在遠端更嚴重的單一肢體的病灶時

在神經學裡面 這個字眼往往翻成"缺損"
: identified為何要放在最後面? 修飾什麼?
你再仔細的看一下文章 這就跟專業內容無關了 純粹是文法問題
