但觀眾說儀式中所展現的壯盛與軍威與1994年，金的父親Kim Il-sung逝世
紀念大典如出一徹。(echo--這裡不是迴響的意思，而是the fact of an idea,
event, etc. being like another and reminding you of it; something that
reminds you of something else)

還是必須往上一段看，上一段說資深軍官及黨政要人免不了又有一番權利鬥爭為了在新政
權中獲得權利。所以這裡的those hierthose hierarchies have not yet been fully
agreed, 簡單來說就是「統治階級尚未完全到位，尚有變數」之類。
: 還有 hierarchies 這個字在文章中代表的正確意義
我覺得the group of people in control of a large organization or institution。
可能是此字在句中的意義。個人淺見，hope it helps.
