Nanoparticles of lithium iron phosphate (NLFP) with a length of 60 ~ 90 nm,
width of 30 ~ 40 nm was synthesized by solvothermal method. In order to
prevent aggregation and improve low electrical conductivity of NLFP, we mixed
sucrose, graphite oxide and resin and then carbonized at 500 oC. The
morphology of the product was identified by XRD, TEM and SEM.
