最近讀到的一句話，結構似乎複雜了點所以不太確切知道正確含意
我的想法是先簡化句子成
"arrant nonsense can be made the creed of the vast majority
by adequate governmental action"
"無論是多麼鬼扯般的胡鬧都能夠藉由適當的政府行動而變成大眾的信條"
可是似乎沒有辦法表達出原文中負負得正的強度
請前輩先進們幫忙解答了，感謝!!
