"The times they are a changin'" 是 1964 年著名的美國民歌手 Bob Dylan 的
創作歌曲。你可以在 wiki 上查到:

歌詞也可以很容易 google 的到。我粗淺的理解是，60年代對老美是一個改變
劇烈的年代，包括黑人民權運動等等。所以歌詞裡寫說：for the times they are
a changin'，是說這個時代的各種各樣的事都在改變。
所以 Steve Jobs 只是引用老美都知道的一段歌詞，表示 PC 使用者不能接受
時代在改變這個事實。"The times they are a changin'" 裡面的 they 和
前後文並沒有直接的替代關係。
