Day 1
做了六杯的espresso測試,
有請TBC的決賽選手沖煮.
Anfim 平鈦刀. 19g, 92度c, VBM Replica 2GR, 25秒萃25mlX2.
水洗耶加的產區風味在很前段就跑了出來
花香柑橘蜂蜜一閃而逝 後頭風味就斷掉
接續的是無盡的苦味和回來一下的甜感
Day 2
做了三份的1+1
Major 平刀,17.5克,92度C, Rocket R58, 25秒萃28mlX2
風味一樣在前段一閃而逝,但酸度太強,風味均衡度不好,
後面一樣是苦尾再跳一點甜出來,
鮮奶使用光泉紅蓋無調整.
加奶後咖啡的風味穿不出來,

Day3
參數和Day2相同,但產區風味就更衰弱了,大致走向相同.
Day4
我決定用我常用的的參數下去煮,為了加強風味的萃取,我加了粉
Major 平刀,20克,96度C, Rocket R58, 25秒萃28mlX2
有壓出一點產區風味了,但依然不清晰,
加奶就更沒有特色了.

有可能是我的技術欠佳,煮不出該有的特色,糟蹋了好豆.
